Genesis Johnson, also known as G is for GREAT, is a 10 year old artist, entrepreneur, and mindfulness advocate. He started meditating at the age of 7, and is dedicated to educating our youth on ways to take care of their minds. His goal is to help future generations to reach their full potential through creativity, technology, and by taking care of their mental health.

Genesis has traveled all across the country speaking at numerous web3 conferences. He has also led live guided meditations in New York, Miami, and New Orleans.

He is the founder of Non-FUNgible KIDS which was created to help educate our youth on how to manage their emotions and take care of their minds. Non-FUNgible KIDS offers unique educational experiences that are centered around meditation, mindfulness, and emerging technologies such as blockchain. Genesis’ vision is to empower, elevate, and educate the youth in our communities. He is currently working on bringing these learning experiences to afterschool programs, incarcerated youth, children of deployed service members and young communities of color in the city of New Orleans.

Genesis was recently selected as the youngest NOLA Tech 30 honoree by NOLAVATE Black, an organization that recognizes Black and Brown creatives, innovators, and entrepreneurs who are making their mark in the tech industry. He was also featured on WDSU news for his work as a young trailblazer. Genesis recently received an ambassador award for social consciousness in Art, Sports, and Financial literacy during Superbowl weekend in Phoenix.

As a homeschooler, Genesis has the unique opportunity to pursue his passions and incorporate his interests into his school’s curriculum. He loves learning languages, basketball, and sewing. Genesis strongly believes that greatness starts with our minds and we are never too young to make an impactful change in this world.
