Ja'dan is an avid technologist and human-centered designer building tools and communities in web3.

He's currently the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Upstream. Previously he founded Open Source Medical Supplies (OSMS) - the largest citizen-driven COVID-19 response project. Today, he works with groups looking to leverage web3 solutions to invest and manage their communities.

Ja'dan is also the Founder of Miami Hack Week. The east coast's fastest growing hackathon bringing together over 3000 software engineers to spend a week building in hacker houses across the city of Miami.
