James Haft is Chairman of DLTx, a public company listed on the Oslo Børs Stock Exchange of Norway that is the enterprise vendor for DAOs & blockchain protocols. Previously, James was the Managing Director of Asian Investment Banking at Bear Stearns where he was responsible for the first public listing of a Chinese company on the NYSE. James is a member of the board of directors of Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: BMAQ) a SPAC focused on an acquisition in a blockchain-related business. He has over 30 years of experience in founding and financing businesses in emerging markets and technologies. James co-founded PALcapital LLC, in 1996, a merchant bank focused on businesses leveraging the digitization of information, as well as the largest decentralized blockchain-based meetup worldwide, CryptoMondays. Additionally, James is the original founder of Condo.com and co-founder of CryptoOracle and StartupHubNYC.
