Music Entertainment Web3 Counsel

I have been practicing music, entertainment, and now web3, law for 10+ years in NYC. My first three years out of law school were at TuneSat, a music tech company focusing on copyright enforcement. Next, I spent six years at Kobalt Music Group, where I worked on publishing deals, label services deals, and acquisition deals. After Kobalt, I moved to Royal, a web3 music NFT startup, founded by Justin Blau and JD Ross. I was the Music Counsel and the go-to expert for all music legal and IP-related issues as they pertained to the crypto/NFT/blockchain world. While at Royal, I helped build the legal agreement framework for artists and labels hoping to sell on Royal, advised on the Royal's launch of its marketplace to buy and sell NFTs and helped form the beta version of their "self-serve" artist product. Now, I am practicing music, entertainment, and web3 law as a solo practitioner and taking on new clients.
